How BlockPace works.
1. Create an account
Register using email and password. Records are scoped to your account.
2. Add the hotel commitment
Enter the event, hotel, room-night total, cutoff and agreed nightly rate from your own verified source.
3. Log hotel-reported pickup
Enter the new total room nights picked up. The previous observations remain visible in the history.
4. Review and archive
Monitor remaining room nights and cutoffs. Archive completed blocks and restore them when needed.
5. Export your records
Download the current summary to CSV. This beta supports 50 blocks and 200 pickup observations per account.
BlockPace does not book rooms, verify hotel counts, interpret contracts, calculate legal attrition exposure, or send automated reminders.

Start with the cutoff, not the spreadsheet.
Ask each hotel for its current room-night pickup total. Record the count and compare it with the contracted amount. Prioritize the nearest cutoff dates with the largest remaining commitments.

Save the original hotel confirmation separately. Manual observations support coordination but are not independent proof of a reservation or contract compliance.
